HI TAYO! SO, WHO ARE YOU?
I’m someone who’s pretty skilled in tech, marketing, and communications. I’ve been working in the online world professionally for over twelve years. (If you count Geocities, I’ve been doing this for about 22-23 years, amirite?????)
Anyway, I’ve worked in government, higher education, and libraries (fun fact: I was an integral part of creating and managing the social media program for a southern U.S. city).
I’ve consulted for and worked on projects for small businesses, political campaigns, non-profits and more.
I am pretty handy with a good chunk of Adobe’s Creative Suite and a handful of other web programming languages (that flyer you didn’t feel like designing? I gotchu!)

Make Joy Creative is how I plan to help folks to understand digital marketing a little more. I would also love to help do digital marketing for them if they decide that it’s too much to deal with. I also offer help with design and general business stuff. It’s gonna be geared towards small business owners/entrepreneurs, but I hope that anyone who finds their way here leaves with a little more info than they came here with.

I enjoy creating. That means, websites, funny/interesting social media, colorful graphics (yeah, I know this site is basically black and white. Hello, irony!)
I believe that in whatever you do, you should make joy – either for yourself or for your customers, ideally for both.
Also, my name means “joy” and what better chance to play on that?
